We want you to be happy with Session™ Vault. You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund, for any reason. That's the whole policy. The details are below.

The fourteen-day version

  • You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund, for any reason.
  • No qualifying conditions and no restocking fee. We refund your purchase in full.
  • Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
  • Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.
  • You can cancel any time to stop future renewals.

14-day refund window

You have 14 days from your purchase to request a full refund on a Session™ Vault subscription, for any reason. If you ask within that window, we refund your purchase in full. There is no qualifying condition and no restocking fee, even though Session™ Vault is a digital product delivered to you right away.

Session™ Vault purchases are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Because Paddle is the seller of record, your refund is processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method, typically within 14 days of approval.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us you'd like a refund. Including the order number from your Paddle purchase confirmation helps us find your purchase quickly. That is all we need, and we will take care of the rest.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops any future renewals. The 14-day refund window above applies to each payment you make.
